Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Belgium.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 2–4 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Locations
- We primarily ship within Belgium.
- International shipping may be available depending on your location. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Customs & Duties
- For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@luxchefware.com.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Address Changes
- If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
